Hale is an Associate based in our Manila office. Before YCP, she worked in the leading beverage bottler company in the Philippines. She has an extensive background in commercial finance and financial planning and analysis with a focus on revenue growth management. She also has vast experience in tactical contract negotiation with key accounts and finance shared services operations. Hale graduated from De La Salle University-Manila with a double degree in Applied Economics and Accountancy.

Evan is an Analyst based in our Manila office. Before joining YCP Solidiance, he worked in one of the largest multinational risk consulting and insurance broking firms where he focused on account management, new business development and corporate strategy. The projects he handled include leveraging technology to create new revenue streams for clients, leading quarterly strategic planning and reviews as well as internal digital transformation initiatives. Evan graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Cum Laude).
